Starting about the last week of February, plants that will survive a hard frost include: Strawberries, petunias, snapdragon, alyssum, and grasses. Perennials grown outside (not in a greenhouse) are also okay as are most shrubs and trees. Bring in your old hanging baskets. Plant them yourself, or we can.
